Powerful Performance: Our propane metal melting furnace can achieve high-temperature melting up to 2642°F / 1450°C and handles various metals such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, brass, bronze, tin, and more.

Superior Insulation: The furnace interior is fully lined with 3” / 75mm of ceramic wool for optimum heat retention. The furnace lid is enhanced with 4” / 100mm of ceramic wool, and the bottom is made of 2” / 50mm of ceramic wool and 2” / 50mm of refractory cement for durability. This ensures not only efficient but also precise melting, delivering superior strength and durability.

Efficient Burner: Featuring 2 powerful DFC (360.000 BTU) Burners. With individual gas valves, you can use either 1 or 2 burners, providing flexibility in your work. The burners are designed for longevity and optimal performance. The burner nozzle is crafted from robust 304 stainless steel with a 50mm diameter at the top. There is a choke on top of our burner, which regulates the amount of air mixed with the propane during combustion. This allows you to achieve various pressures and higher temperatures. The operating pressure range is from 1 to 25 PSI.

Fuel Options: Our burners are designed to operate with Butane, Propane, Butane + Propane Gas, and LPG. Please note that they are not compatible with Natural Gas.

Durable Construction: The furnace body is made of lightweight 16-gauge (1.5mm) steel, making it portable and durable.

Gas Pressure Regulator: Our package includes a gas pressure regulator with a gauge featuring an Mpa monometer. The pressure range is 0-0.6Mpa (0.1Mpa - 1Bar - 14.5PSI).
