PREMIUM Gas Metal Melting Furnace FB2M - 10kg Full Kit is your all-in-one solution for melting metals with precision. Specifically crafted for blacksmiths, metalsmiths, jewelers, and refiners, this portable furnace can melt up to 10kg of brass with ease, reaching temperatures up to 2642°F / 1450°C. It's a high-temperature fast melter, capable of handling metals like gold, silver, copper, aluminum, brass, bronze, tin, and more.

Superior Insulation: The interior of the furnace is fully lined with 1” / 25mm of ceramic wool and 1” / 25mm refractory cement, ensuring superior strength and durability.

Efficient Burner: The Model – DFC (180,000 BTU) burner is both powerful and efficient. Its nozzle design enhances longevity and efficiency, and it's constructed from robust 304 stainless steel with a 50mm diameter at the top. With an adjustable air choke, you can easily regulate the air-propane mixture during combustion to achieve various pressures and maximize temperature. Operating pressure ranges from 1 to 25 PSI. Plus, the burner includes a gas ball valve for convenient on/off control.

Fuel Options: Our burners are designed to operate with Butane, Propane, Butane + Propane Gas, and LPG. Please note that they are not compatible with Natural Gas.

Durable Construction: The furnace body is made of lightweight 16-gauge (1.5mm) steel, making it portable and durable.

Maximum Safety: We prioritize your safety. Always use proper safety gear, including body, face, and eye protection when operating at high temperatures.

Gas Pressure Regulator: Our package includes a gas pressure regulator with a gauge featuring an Mpa monometer. The pressure range is 0-0.6Mpa (0.1Mpa - 1Bar - 14.5PSI).
