REFUNDS & RETURNS
Refunds or reshipment due to incorrect address details will only be processed upon return of the shipment, which may take up to 8 weeks. Reshipment costs are borne by the buyer. DEVIL-FORGE assumes responsibility (if product is insured) for damage incurred during transit. Insurance for shipments can be arranged upon request, with associated costs added to shipping fees.
